The Mehndiocino County Board of Supervisors met in regular session May 21 1963 at 10 03 a m with Supervisors Hartley Martin Wener J H Sawyers Jos Scaramella and Clerk W N Horsley present Deputy Chairman Scarama i presiding Also present were District Attorney Cleland and County Administrator Dwight Hulse Absent was Supervisor Oscar Klee The board authorized signing payroll and warrant registers approved hospital claim and made several budget and personnel actions including transfers reconciling retirement funds and reviewing civil service recommendations The meeting adjourned to May 27 1963 at 10 a m
