Mendocino County sheriff identifies 23 year old Manuel Michael Vlahos of Texas as the dead man found in a shallow grave northeast of Willits last Friday. Andrea Evangeline Hernandez, 30, is charged with murder and to be arraigned in Ukiah today. Autopsy pending. cause believed gunshot. Leonard Lloyd Keller, a 46 year old Comptche man, was arrested by the Canadian Mounted Police in Kamloops, British Columbia, on a provisional charge of illegal entry. Oscar H. Klee, longtime foe of the IRS, filed an appeal of his misdemeanor conviction to the Ninth Circuit. He was sentenced to six months in jail for failing to file personal tax returns for 1966 to 1968.
