Nealis Named Pacific Telephone District Manager

James A. Nealis, long time Pacific Telephone manager in Eureka, was appointed district head of a new Pacific Telé district serving Sonoma, Mendocino, Humboldt, and Lake Counties. The post, based in Eureka, takes effect January 1 following the district split from the former four county Santa Rosa area. Nealis has 27 years of Eureka service and left there in 1967.
