Last week delivered top scores in a wide range of events. Rich Lumen led with 244 in high single game as Ed Austin and Jim Dobbins followed with 235 and 234, amid a field of 600 shooters and strong 632 by Augie Sozzoni. Man freed in mercy killing in Britain
James Price, charged with drowning his six year old son Gordon in the Stour river, was sentenced to probation for a year after a petition of 600 neighbors. The judge called it an exceptional mercy killing and noted the boy’s severe handicaps and short life expectancy.
