The Soroptimist club of Ukiah met at House of Garner for its December luncheon with President Stella Barra presiding. Hospitality chair Barbara Eversole announced the progress of Saturday's dinner. Attendance chief Audrey Hollenbeck noted 20 members had full attendance in November. A letter from foster child Renita Cid of the Philippines was read. Beth Richardson said final plans are under way for a combined birthday and Christmas party at Mendocino State Hospital. Stella Barra won the mystery prize.
