FEMA urges uninsured or underinsured to apply after fire losses
FEMA official Frank Mansell says those affected by fires should register even if they fear they do not qualify or think insurance covers all costs. FEMA reports 948 individuals approved for $2.86 million in Mendocino County, plus 29 SBA loans totaling $3.85 million and debris clearance for 111 properties.
