The coroner identified the body of a man found in a pear shed west of the Northwestern Pacific Railroad depot as Earl George Franks 57 of Point Arena. The death appeared natural and next of kin is James Franks. Funeral arrangements are pending. Stowaway boy sneaks on jets bound for Hawaii
Serramone Manuel an 11 year old from Ingleside California explains he has stowed away on commercial jetliners six times. He boarded a Los Angeles to Houston flight claiming a random woman was his mother and later tried to reboard to New Orleans. He was jailed by Houston authorities after presenting as the grandson of an elderly man. The boy has stowed away on flights from Los Angeles six times in five months, four times the planes returned. He says flying is fun and he hopes to reach Hawaii.
