Four Voters Decide On $60,000 Water Bonds For Calpella

Four registered voters may vote September 21 to form a county water works district near Calpella and authorize bonds for construction of the initial $60,000 phase. Leonard Nix describes a 450 acre district with a two level system and plans for about 125 acres served by the first phase, with bond repayment by property assessment. The subdivision is expected to include over 200 homes, with the poll at Genald E. Mencese home on Bel Jon Terrace. Kenneth Ballou and Harry Hildebrand are two of the five subdividers.

West Wing Courthouse Addition Bid Approved for 153 574
