Western States Colt League Championship opens in Ukiah

Heavy rain washed out the opening night of the Western States Colt League Championship tourney at Anton Stadium in Ukiah. Two games tonight inaugurate the event with Mendocino County’s Ukiah and five regional champions competing for a World Series berth, as organizers push a tight schedule to finish by Monday morning.
