The search notes that the Department of General Services should relent to place a new high school and a coordinated high school community college complex on MSH grounds. Supt W O Murphy and a leading citizen urge Gov Reagan to push GSA to relax strict lease or purchase rules and set a reasonable price for educational use of MSH property. The district cannot buy part of the grounds and sell it off.
