Stephen Cresswell died at his North Washington avenue home at 6 o'clock Tuesday evening after a bout with typhoid fever and a bowel hemorrhage. Born September 10, 1868 in Cassville, he was a Pennsylvania Railroad locomotive engineer and a member of the PRR Relief Association. Survived by wife Lydia Eckert, a son Alex, a daughter Clare, three sisters, four brothers, and his mother previously deceased. The community extends sympathy to the family.
