New York March 30 The action of President Wilson's coal commission grants bituminous mine workers a 27 percent wage increase. Prices at the mines will rise 65 cents to 1.26 a ton, as operators cite higher labor costs and market bids. Government price stands at 2.95 through April. Operators say some districts have driven delivery prices to 4 a ton.
