Adjt and Mrs Rideout announce a Sunday farewell on July 28 for friends and comrades. Traps performed well last week with Hawkins Saunders Rogers Anstey and others reporting solid hauls. Capt Wm Bulgia and crew trapped over 800 hours. George Keefe and Joseph Warr also active with decent catches. Hawkins trap yielded 120 bushels of fish on Wednesday with daily good hauls. Schooners used at the Arms for salting fish. Labrador report not as encouraging. Belle Isle scheavers showing improvement.
