Seat belt saves woman after car careens into ravine in Tustin
A woman, driving north on Jamboree Road, was rescued after her car cartwheeled off the road into a drainage ditch following a collision at Jamboree and Pioneer. She hung upside down by her seat belt until OCFA and police arrived. she was cut free and taken to Western Medical Center Santa Ana with no serious injuries. An elderly man attempted an illegal U turn during the crash. Deputy Darren Johnson aided the victim, suffering minor hand cuts. Northbound Jamboree was closed until about 1 p.m.

A mother panicked when two children were locked in her car at 10:20 a.m. April 24 near Blue Buoy Swim School in Tustin. Tow truck driver freed them. no injuries reported. Later, a man repeatedly claimed ownership of a phone and harassed the owner after noon on April 25. police responded and the calls stopped.
