Cornerstone project eyed for tenants as two-phase soft launch
Lincoln Property Company Commercial wins exclusive nine-month negotiating window with Tustin to develop Cornerstone a 835000 square feet creative office project on Armstrong Avenue. Plans include a 16500 square foot food hall and 44000 square feet of retail with 13500 square feet of commercial pads plus a two or four story building mix around a central park. Construction could begin soon with a 20 to 22 month timeline and site online within about three years.
