Life & Hope Foundation led by Executive Director John Gutierrez gained tax exempt status as a public charity after being incorporated in 2012 and plans an Aug 20 golf and dinner fundraiser at Oak. Consultant Gitonga Kanampiu notes the organization has about 150000 in donated funds to cover health care and funeral expenses.
The Life Hope Foundation hosts an Aug 20 charity golf at Oak Creek Golf Club Irvine with lunch tee time and a 6 to 9 pm dinner. Special guests include former L A Laker A C Green Manny Mota and the Laker Girls. Gutierrez aims to expand health care grants and build a community bereavement center.
