Tustin Legacy moves forward with multiple road projects
Tustin plans extend Bell Avenue and Moffett Drive and widen Barranca Parkway as part of legacy infrastructure. Armstrong and Warner avenues will extend to Red Hill and Tustin Ranch Road by 2015, with storm drains and new left turns to ease traffic. Total projects reach tens of millions, supported by local districts.
