Stunned during Tustin carjacking ends with arrest in Huntington Beach
A 21 year old Irvine man was assaulted with a stun gun during a July 30 carjacking in Tustin. The suspect fled north on the Santa Ana Freeway and Luis Ramos, 19, of Huntington Beach, was arrested after Buena Park police detained a matching vehicle. Ramos faces suspicions of carjacking robbery and assault with a stun gun.
