Guillermo Del Rio and his wife Lizet opened El Camino Cafe beside Del Rio's Time Watches in Old Town. They serve Mexican breakfast and lunch with fresh ingredients, espressos, horchata, and a signature skinny asada burrito. Del Rio notes sour cream does not belong in burritos and highlights family influences on dishes.
