Employers urged to insure workers under new law
PHOENIX AP The State Industrial Commission warns employers with one or more workers to obtain workmen's compensation insurance by next January. Commission Chairman Bruce Thoeny cites a new state law requiring both public and private employers to cover their employees, whereas previously only firms with three or more workers were required.
