Kall-For-Hire Trial Postponed To Monday
Five defendants in the kill-for-hire slaying of a retired jeweler had their trial postponed from today to Monday by Superior Court Judge Warren L. McCarthy. Deposition of Dr. William Horwitz is sought to probe defendant Resnick’s state of mind, with Resnick previously linked to a New York Psychiatric Institute.
