Harold T. Lantz, 28, faces a preliminary hearing in Douglas for first degree murder in the slaying of 68 year old Ada Park. Cochise County Attorney Wes Polley and Justice of the Peace C A Ash will preside at 11 tomorrow morning.
Harold T. Lantz, 28, a former Southern Pacific worker, was charged with first degree murder in Bisbee for the dawn slaying of Ada O Park, 68, while she slept in a lower berth on the Golden State Limited near Douglas. A coroner’s jury ruled Park died at Lantz’s hand.
