A Tucson livestock board official confirmed illegal grazing and referred the case to the Santa Cruz County Attorney. Separately, car insurance premium errors were resolved and a padding overcharge refunded. A carpeting padding mismeasurement also led to an $18.55 refund.

Critics say the rules hinder tourism and encourage unsafe drinking, with mandatory seating, self-pouring, and bagged liquor challenges. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints backs the minibottle law, citing moderation and church policy.
