APS Faces Further Rate Hike Amid Three Step Plan
Phoenix consulting analyst Dan Neidlinger warned the Arizona Public Service Co. will need another rate increase by mid 1978 despite a proposed three step rise. He said the plan delays but does not prevent a full rate case and projected returns drop to 11.9 percent by 1978.
