Tucson License Revocation Rules Adopted by City
The ordinance states licenses issued under Tucson ordinances may be revoked by the Mayor and Common Council with twenty four hours notice for any sufficient cause. Fees for unexpired terms are refunded by warrant. All conflicting ordinances are repealed. Effective upon passage approval and publication June 26 1902.
