State charges frauds in buying of Banco stock

Phoenix The Arizona attorney general filed a civil securities fraud suit in Maricopa County Superior Court naming Banco Internacional de Arizona president Daniel J. Kujawa Tucson lawyer David I Kali former Western Title vice president Charles C. Morgan and Western Title Insurance Agency. The suit accuses Kali Kujawa and Western Title of devising a scheme to defraud Banco by making false statements and improper stock acquisitions including Kali securing 30000 shares of Banco preferred stock. A hearing is set for August 26 before Judge Morris Rozar to show cause why the suit is justified.
