Syracuse N Y Jan 28 The second section of the New York Central Limited east bound struck an engine standing in front of the Neida station. Both engines and much of the station were demolished. The engineer Dorsey Welch of Albany was killed and fireman Cahill of Albany was injured.

Heavy Snow Falls in Oracle as Cattle Movements Reported
Oracle, Ariz January 28. A heavy snow began Saturday afternoon and lasted until Sunday noon. Locals report cattle movements with Tom Labourdette guiding cattle to Fulton market in Tucson and Charles Bayless returning from the San Pedro area. Mrs H B Steward installs a large storage tank while Manen Kimbro and Duran Dailey inspect cattle business. The Southern Cross Copper Company wagon left for camp with provisions. Snow is expected to melt quickly and benefit the countryside.
