Kitbil Resigns as UA Mines Bureau Chief
Karl Kitbil, director of the United States Bureau of Mines Experiment at the University of Arizona, resigned after six weeks of review. Charles E. Van Barneveld will succeed him, having been appointed by Secretary Lane. Kitbil previously directed the San Francisco exposition mines division and had four years with the government. Mrs Kitbil left for Denver.
