Throssel Merchant Topoowa Dies in Arizona Influenza
Throssel a Te mhewa merchant near Indian Oasis zehn miles southeast of Throssel died Thursday from influenza. He was about 60 and survived by his wife and children. Kin to Yakima Washington, he had married a Wapayo and later her sister became his wife. He had resided at the settlement eight years and did a $20,000 yearly business. He was respected in Tucson and worked for years in the Southern Pacific shops. Remains may be sent to his native state.
