Refugees from Green River Wyoming arriving in Ogden say all colored men, women and children were ordered to leave after the shooting of Edward Woodson, a Negro charged with killing Albert Miller and wounding W N Curtis, railroad switchmen. Nearly all abandoned possessions after being given until 11 o'clock last night to depart.
Green River mayor Dr J W Hawk denies reports that African Americans were ordered out of the city. He says no Black residents have been ordered to leave, no race trouble exists, and efforts to identify mob participants who hanged a Black porter Tuesday have failed.
Proceedings are begun against Baron von Rheinbaden former Prussian finance minister and Count Matuschka for their alleged involvement in last Friday's raid on the soldiers and workers council executive committee. They reportedly reached neutral territory in an airplane.

The War Department announced the sailing from France of four Army transports the H. R. Mallory Rappahannock Leviathan and Celtic carrying about 9000 men and numerous hospital patients They include units from the 143rd and 118th field artillery regiments and the 65th artillery brigade with medical and headquarters detachments.
