And the Bride Wore the Past Bridal Gown Exhibit Opens

The Arizona Historical Society's Costume Room in the new wing opens with seven wedding gowns dating 1840 to 1919. The dresses include Tucson brides Petra Etchells Graves 1893 and Armida Felix Amado 1901, with early pieces in brown satin and plaid. The exhibit features wigs, undergarments, period furniture, and shoes. hours are Mon–Fri 9–4, Sat 9–1, Sun 1–5.
