Boy in Ill. Dies After TV Death Diagnosis Mixup
Calumet City Illinois Scott Crull died of bone cancer two weeks after a sports announcer told him on air he would die. Cubs star Bobby Murcer had called him and promised a home run which he delivered twice as Crull learned of his prognosis from the broadcast.

Arizona cuts infant death rate with statewide transport program
Arizona now ranks among the five lowest infant mortality rates in the nation due to statewide efforts over the past decade.
