Family clash ends in Tucson woman’s death
At 2344 N Venice Place Tucson Mrs Lillian Manley 60 was killed by her son Michael Manley 29 who wounded her partner James DeMarr 55 and then collapsed after an arrest. Police say a long running dispute over DeMarr sparked the shooting and Manley overdosed on barbiturates. He was hospitalized in guarded condition unconscious at St Marys Hospital.

Stunt man dies after horse accident in Colorado
James Sheppard of Studio City California was killed while filming a motion picture near Westcliffe Colorado. He slipped from his horse hit a fence post and was dragged along the ground. He died several hours later at St. Thomas More Hospital in Canon City.
