Brewery Attaches Saloon in Troy Over Debt Case
Representatives of the American Brewing Company issued an attachment against F. Guinzy in the Rieder building saloon over a $600 debt. Legal maneuvering and alleged overstepping by Squire Eckert drew concern from City Marshal Tarvis. Settlement followed when Guinzy received $70 and the brewery took ownership of the place and lease, while Guinzy moved to Collinaville with goods, leaving other creditors unsettled.
