Three Men Arrested in Vending Machine Theft Case
Three Albany area men were arrested by Bethlehem Iowa police after a Tuesday routine check revealed a damaged Pepsi-Cola vending machine door and a cash box containing 10.18 with eight additional cents. Walter A. Ryan 24 of Albany formerly with Pepsi-Cola Menands Williams A. Marlin 44 of Niskayuna and William Johnson 22 of Elsmere admitted tearing off the door and taking the coins Brillant and Delmar. They were charged with petit larceny and held for the grand jury with bail set at 50 or 50 days in jail. A club meeting at Jack's Restaurant Albany was announced.
