Banks open downtown lots to ease mall parking
Troy merchants report banks will open their parking lots after hours to relieve scarce spaces during the upcoming Christmas season. Marine Midland, State Bank of Albany, The Bank, Home Savings Bank, Troy Saving Bank, and Union National Bank lots will supplement the area north of Fulton and Union streets, as police enforce a two hour limit on street spaces.
