Tragedy at North Springfield High Two Teens Die Pact
In Springfield Virginia a 16 year old boy Peter J Riordan and 15 year old Patricia A Arcularious died after a carbon monoxide pact in a locked car on a rural road near North Springfield. Both left farewell notes to parents saying they would go to another planet. The couple's fathers are Pentagon officers. Patricia survived briefly at Fort Belvoir Hospital but remained comatose. A Schenectady Amateur Radio Assn. 30th anniversary meeting is planned for Monday in Schenectady with a talk by Wesley K Waldron of GE engineering labs.
