Trojan Hurt In Two Car Collision
A Troy man and a passenger were involved in a two car crash at Fulton Street and Fifth Avenue yesterday at 7 30 PM. Aleahan Gordon 48 of 108 Nyroy Dr Troy was hospitalized in fair condition with head and neck injuries. Bernard Raidin 59 of 944 S Manning Ct Albany drove the other car and was not injured. Raidin allegedly failed to yield as his car northbound on Fifth Avenue struck Gordon westbound on Fulton Street. Gordon’s car mounted the curb near Fifth Avenue Pharmacy before stopping. Officers Conroy and Firepatrick investigated. Raidin’s car suffered front end damage and Gordon’s damage was on the left side.

Missing Albanian in Shooting Triggered Albany Warrant
Albany County Judge Martin Schenck issued a bench warrant for an Albanian merchant who with his wife and seven children disappeared before he was jailed June 24 in a shooting on Pearl Street Albany. Judge Schenck revoked $4,000 cash bail for Anthony J. Oliveri 42 of 16 Stoan Street while sending grand jury action on a first degree assault charge. Oliveri operates Tony's.

Bargain Center Shooting Arrest and Flight After Bail
