Wittem K. Fitzgerald, about 2, with address listed as Cambridge Maga, is held in Troy Police Jail on a vagrancy charge after Tuesday arrest. He appeared in Police Court before Judge J. O'Conner and was ordered held a week while authorities verify his identity.
