Old Robbery Case Goes Over Term in Rensselaer Court
An attempted holdup at the Bayer plant in Arensteeler nearly 18 years ago led to the indictment of Marmie Davidsen of Attaryon for attempted first degree robbery. The case, returned by a grand jury in January 1922, was continued as defense counsel requested time to prepare. Davidson, held on $2,502 bail, remains in custody with proceedings set for September 25 as prosecutors and defense argue over trial dates.
