Priorities on Coal Delivery Established
The OPA area office set up coal delivery priorities for anthracite in the territory. Householders with less than one fourth of last season’s total coal will be first in line. those with between one fourth and one half will be second. No one can buy more than half of last year’s usage before year end. Buyers must use one dealer and file a signed statement within seven days detailing on hand, usage from April 1 1942 to March 31 1943, and required amount. After Sept 20 deliveries require this statement. Those with 50 percent or more of last year’s use cannot buy more before year end. Small-quantity buyers must keep to typical single-load deliveries.
