Supreme Court clears 47 Rensselaer County cases

The October term of the Supreme Court for Rensselaer County convened October 2 and concluded yesterday with 47 cases cleared. Justice Pro tem Hy Runsell presided as William E. presiding official reported the tally.

Wiley Seeks Retrial Of Ostwald

Odwald's attorney plans to seek retrial or possible discharge after Judge Baum set aside his 194? conviction for negligent homicide in the December death of Robert Ryan. Trojan Returns from AOH Unit Sessions

State historian John H. Ginter returned from Brooklyn where he attended a state hotel meeting. A resolution was passed in St. Joseph's rectory to work on the partition of Ireland. He also joined a Kings County Board meeting where songs were ordered discontinued including The Old Shillelagh and A Long, Long Way to Tipperary.
