End of War In Europe Seen Likely

London observers say the European war leans strongly to Allied victory this fall. Red Army advances in the East, heavy Allied bombing, and unrest within Fascist Europe point to a shrinking German hold. Reports cite tighter control in France, Rumian administration moves, and Denmark resisting a new German government as signs of strain. The war front shows German withdrawals from Leningrad to keep forces intact, with possible broader retreat into Poland and East Prussia as Allied pressures mount.
