Bail set at 500 dollars. he faces City Court on Oct 7. Michael Luce of Green Island arrested Friday on third degree burglary and second degree larceny and handed to Troy Police. Howard J. Haberkern of 20 Columbia St. arrested Monday on criminal mischief fourth degree based on information signed by Francis Ruddy of the same address.
