Balloon festival yields top prize in Adirondacks event

Sylva Neubauer of Miami faces court today for alleged General Business Law violation after landing a hot air balloon on Interstate 88 during the Adirondack festival. Fred Williams won the sportsman’s award aboard Neophyte as over 60 balloons vied through three days of racing amid rain and wind.
