Mrs. Sylvia Skliar, piano recitalist and accompanist for soloists and ballet, is appointed the Troy Vocal Society accompanist. Her first public appearance with the group is the December 4 concert at Music Hall. She is a New York native, wife of Dr. J. David Skliar, and mother of two.
