Stalin Calls Jap Nation Aggressor and War Prep
Premier Stalin branded Japan and Germany as aggressive powers and urged disarming aggressors through a post war world organization. He said Japan and Germany prepared for war before Pearl Harbor and that the Soviet Union faced a stronger ground threat as Axis forces dwindled elsewhere. He cited German divisions and Budapest siege as examples, and warned of unprecedented postwar organization needs.
