Rensselaer Halloween wizard builds Star Wars cantina exhibit
Paul Phillippsen, a local installer, has created a garage display recreating the cantina from Star Wars along with C3PO and R2D2. He has staged elaborate Halloween exhibits for 15 years featuring Frankenstein, Dark Shadows characters, Godzilla and King Kong. Phillippsen plans a final show due to escalating costs but a supporting group may persuade him to continue.

Bertrand named president of Delaware & Hudson Railroad Co
