Histamine Treatment in Migraine Tested by Chicago Doctors
Drs Stuyesent Butter and Wriest A Thomas reported in the Journal of the American Medical Association on a two year study using intravenous histamine to treat migraine. Of 34 patients, 3 percent were symptom free and seven improved, with cautions against use in peptic ulcer or high blood pressure.
