The citizens of Troy and the Institute community are invited to the annual review of the three ROTC units at Renseelser Polytechnic Institute tonight at 8 pm on the athletic Maid east of the Armory. 36 awards will be presented to groups and individuals for merit in military training with a brief address by Dr. Livingston W. Houston.
Curtis E. B. McDonald, 48, of 562 Federal Street, was stabbed in his left arm at about 3 a.m. near Fulton and Third Streets and admitted to St. Mary’s Hospital. He told detectives the assailant was a Black man unknown to him. Det. Wil lam H. Van Steenburg questioned him and Det. Edmund M. Sulivan continued the investigation.
